Domestic:
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class within 48 hours after purchase.
USPS First Class is a flat rate shipping charge of $3.50. Priority mail shipping can also be requested for an extra fee.
Though you will receive a tracking number with your order, once USPS has taken possession of the package Wonderland Pin Trading cannot file a claim with the post office. If your item is stuck in transit you will need to submit a claim with your tracking number to USPS.

International:
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class at a rate of $5.00.

Our rewards program is way for us to support you the way you've supported us! Points are earned plenty ways such as each order that is made, creating a new account, on your special day(Birthday! Woop Woop!), and sharing Wonderland Pin Trading on Facebook.
Points can be redeemed to receive Free Shipping or a percentage off your entire order!
You can also grab a $5 coupon by referring us to your friends! Your friend also gets one! If your friends make a purchase over $20 using their code you will get your $5 via email! Referral's don't max out so refer as many people as you want!
Viewing your points is easy. Make sure you are logged into your account on Wonderland Pin Trading and select the Rewards Program button on the bottom left hand corner to view how much more you need to get your next reward.
To redeem your points simply click the Rewards Program button to view your points. Select the reward you want you use and copy the special code given to you to use on your next purchase!
Returns
Returns are only accepted if the product you received is damaged. You must contact Wonderland Pin Trading if you would like to request a return and refund. Please be aware that we only allow a 48 hour time frame from the posted delivery time and date from USPS.
If your package is stuck in transit during shipping or shows as delivered but you have not received it, you will need to file a USPS claim to retrieve your package or resolve your issue. Once the post office has possession of your package, Wonderland Pin Trading cannot file on your behalf.
